Housing Debacle
That's right, we are in a housing debacle. After viewing dozens of homes and searching the MLS endlessly, we are no further along than when we began. Could the readers of our blog provide some guidance by answering the questions below?
Should we:
1. Buy a cheaper home in Davis County with a two-hour-a-day commute?
2. Buy an old bungalow to remodel in Sugarhouse?
3. Buy a home in Daybreak, the pre-planned 'community'?
4. Buy a non-descript overpriced rambler in Sandy/Cottonwood Heights?
5. Pick from the thousands of pre-foreclosure McMansions in Draper?
OR
6. Live forever as vagabonds, moving from apartment to apartment.
